Tour Royal Club Dream Homes This September During the Fall Parade of Homes

Royal Club Development

Imagine, if you will, walking out onto the deck of your dream home overlooking a lake and woods. And then, add into that dream, our legendary golf course, designed by two of the most respected golfers in the history of golf.

This dream can be yours.

And it can all start by attending the Fall Parade of Homes, between September 8 – 30, 2018, where you can visit two single family homes and two villas built by four of six builders specially selected by the Royal Club, the 292 home development surrounding the Royal Golf Club.

Hartman Home ModelHartman Homes — The first home, designed by Hartman Homes, Inc., is a modern, four-bedroom, four-bathroom single-family cottage that overlooks Hole 16 (on the King’s Nine). With vaulted ceilings, large windows, a southward-facing screen porch and views of Horseshoe Lake, this house is all about light, space and air. In the lower level, a wine room, game room, wet bar and sauna come together to provide entertainment and luxurious spaces to wind down after a long day.

Custom One Model HomeGorham Communities — The second villa home, by Gorham Communities, LLC., features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. With lots of light, rich accents and functional spaces for entertaining, residents can discover the ultimate villa experience without an overwhelming excess of bedroom space. The best parts? The villa and its yard are association-maintained, and depending on the villa, overlook Holes 15 and 16 of the King’s Nine.

Custom One Homes — The third home, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom single-family home, offers a modern living experience with rustic touches, as well as a stunning view of Hole 16 on the King’s Nine. Designed by Custom One Homes, the home features large windows, reclaimed beams and metal railings. The main floor offers refreshing functionality with a luxury suite, a chef’s kitchen, an enclosed porch and a pocket office, while the lower level offers a variety of spaces in which to entertain, including a golf simulator, a home gym and a pub-inspired bar.

Pratt Homes — The fourth home is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa designed by Pratt Homes. Its open, airy floor plan is perfect for any occasion, whether it’s hosting the whole family or enjoying a spa night in. The luxury master suite features a serene bath, laundry and large closet, perfect for settling in to relax, and the guest suite offers another bath and additional space to stretch out after a long week. The villa does not feature views of the golf course, offering a secluded getaway from the long days out on the links.

TJB Model HomeTJB Homes — The fifth home in the Royal Club on this year’s Fall Parade of Homes is an impressive 4,700-square-foot, five-bedroom, five-bathroom home overlooking the 17th hole. From wood detailing on kitchen cabinets to a children’s play nook under the open staircase, this home by TJB Homes features remarkable craftsmanship. Some of the most enticing details can be found in the ceilings, such as shiplap beams running from the entry way to the back of the room in the great room and the master suite’s high ceilings that give the home a modern feel. The variety of depths and dimensions of each room, as well as the mix of wood and ceramic materials, give the space its architectural appeal. While the first floor best exemplifies a traditional cottage style and everyday living, the lower level is an entertainment hub, including an exercise room and sauna, billiards room, open theater bar, full wet bar, and a built-in wine cellar. It’s the ultimate space for large parties.

Each of the four homes is only a step away from the rolling green hills of the Royal Golf Club, Arnie’s Restaurant and the Royal Golf Club clubhouse. On top of that, Lake Elmo offers prime access to the Twin Cities, top school districts, an international airport and nearby retail hotspots.

The Royal Club home and villa development is being built in four phases, the first of which opened in 2017. With the majority of Phase 1 properties sold, the Royal Club has opened Phase 2 lots for purchase. These too, are going quickly.

Potential homeowners are welcome to tour any four of the Royal Club’s properties during the Fall Parade of Homes event, which runs from September 8 to September 30. Homes are open for tours on Thursdays through Sundays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

If you would like a private tour of the homes outside of the Parade of Homes hours, contact the Royal Club Sales Center at 651.505.9066.
