The Holiday Season at Royal Golf Club
With each passing day, we take one step closer to winter. Outside, you can sense the stillness. A thin layer of ice is forming on Horseshoe Lake, visible from Arnie’s and the Grand Ballroom. Snowflakes drop gently from the sky. And the chickadees take ownership of the patio outside.
Inside, however, the warmth of the season is everywhere. Holiday season decorations are going up. Delicious smells waft from our kitchen, and everyone is in good cheer.
It’s in these months, when our golf course sleeps, that you start to see the true nature of a growing community at Royal Golf Club.
Those who are planning their new homes stop by for dinner and talk endlessly about all of their building plans. Local business owners swing by to check out new digs, along with curious neighbors who want to see what all the fuss is all about. And in between these visits, we’re seeing families making Arnie’s a part of their lives. And local businesses calling us to make plans to celebrate another year of success.
The holiday season has arrived at Royal Golf Club and to help celebrate the season, Santa will visit the Club on Saturday, December 10. Arnie’s will offer its Sunday Brunch menu.
On December 16, we will host its first annual Santa Brunch with Arnie’s savory and sweet brunch buffet including made-to-order omelets and pasta with an endless choice of toppings (we even make mac-n-cheese to order), Royal short ribs, banana foster French toast, salad bar and even chicken fingers, tator tots, and more. Plus, nothing brings more holiday cheer than a full dessert bar, including fresh apple crisp, holiday pies, cookies and house-made dessert shooters. Santa will be visiting tables throughout the brunch. Reservations are recommended.
Visits with Santa will be from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sat., Dec. 10, and 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16.
Arnie’s will ring in our first official year on New Year’s Eve with dinner and beverage specials, capped off with a champagne toast.
Throughout the month, all of our banquet facilities will be available for holiday gatherings and reunions. Whether it’s gathering your employees together or hosting your extended family, we have space to meet just about any need, as well as delicious, holiday-inspired meals and desserts that will leave your guests speechless.
As we head into this time of year, we also will have new winter hours for Arnie’s. From Wed. to Sat., we will be open for lunch (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and dinner (4 p.m. to 8 p.m.). On Friday and Saturday evenings, we will be open until 9 p.m. for dinner. On Sundays, we will serve brunch only, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
We hope, as you make your plans for this season, that you will join us and enjoy the warmth of the holidays with your new community at the Royal Golf Club.
