  • A la Carte (Restaurant) Server

    Details

    Description:

    Position Reports to: Restaurant Manager
    Subordinate Staff: None
    Type: Part-time

    Basic Functions:
    Provide friendly, responsive service to all guests to create an exceptional dining experience. Each server’s goal is to treat each and every guest equally and professionally so they will want to return again.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Welcome and greet guests. Make all guests feel comfortable and let them know you are personally taking care of them.
    2. Inform all guests of specials and any menu changes.
    3. Have a strong knowledge of the menu and be able to answer questions about any menu items.
    4. Take food and beverage orders accurately and timely and enter into POS system immediately.
    5. Monitor and observe ALL guests in the dining room to ensure they are all satisfied. Respond promptly and courteously to all requests.
    6. Maintain clean service areas.
    7. Prepare final bill, present check to guests, and accept payment or charges.
    8. Thank guests and invite them to return.
    9. Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as needed.
      Perform assigned side work at start and end of each shift.

    Position Requirements
    Education: none required
    Experience:At least 2 years serving experience preferred.

    • Must be able to pass a background check
    • Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines
    • Comprehensive understanding of English language
    • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Be authorized to work in the United States.
    • Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends

    Type: Part-time

    Basic Functions:
    Provide friendly, responsive service to all guests to create an exceptional experience. Each server’s goal is to treat each and every guest equally and professionally to enhance their event experience.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Assist in the set up and coordination of event.
    2. Welcome and greet guests.
    3. Have a strong knowledge of the event and be able to answer questions about any menu items.
    4. Monitor and observe ALL guests in the dining room to ensure they are all satisfied. Respond promptly and courteously to all requests.
    5. Maintain clean service areas.
    6. Thank guests and invite them to return.
    7. Clear tables of all glassware and plates immediately following the meal.
    8. Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as needed.
    9. Perform assigned side work at start and end of each shift.
    10. Performs additional responsibilities not detailed as requested by the chef, kitchen manager, or food and beverage manager at any time.

    Description:

    Position Reports to: Director of Food and Beverage, Restaurant Manager,
    Subordinate Staff: None
    Type: Part-time

    Basic Functions:
    Provide timely, accurate and friendly service to guests while preparing the highest quality beverages.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Take and prepare drink orders for guests, and servers.
    2. Ensure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
    3. Record drink orders accurately and immediately into the Point of Sale system.
    4. Accept payments, process charges and make accurate change.
    5. Wash and sterilize glassware.
    6. Assist in restocking and maintaining all areas of the bar in an attractive, functional, and clean manner.
    7. Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition. Report any maintenance needs to the Food and Beverage Manager immediately.
    8. Understand completely all policies, procedures, and standards of bar service.
    9. Sets up and Dismantle Event Bars as Directed.

    Description:

    Position Reports to: Royal Golf Club Kitchen Manager /Sous Chef, Director of Food and Beverage, Events Coordinator
    Subordinate Staff: None
    Type: Part-time

    Basic Functions:
    Properly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots. Responsible for maintaining dish room and dish machine. Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Can operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
    2. Uses proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine.
    3. Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
    4. Removes all garbage.
    5. Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of a shift.
    6. Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
    7. Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by Kitchen Manager /Sous Chef, or F&B Manager at any time.

    Description:

    Position Reports to: Director of Food and Beverage, Events Coordinator
    Subordinate Staff: None
    Type: Part-time

    Basic Functions:
    A set up crewmember is responsible for all daily set up, take down, and cleaning of events that take place at the club.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Take down all events and set up following event.
    2. Returns all equipment to proper storage areas.
    3. Vacuums all areas in and around banquet rooms.
    4. Sets up all tables, chairs, linens, etc. for event as instructed for each event.
    5. Informs Food and Beverage Manager of any necessary equipment maintenance.
    6. Reports as needed to perform additional responsibilities not detailed as requested by the food and beverage manager at any time.

    Description:

    Position Reports to: Royal Golf Club Kitchen Manager /Sous Chef, Director of Food and Beverage, Events Coordinator
    Subordinate Staff: None
    Type: Part-time

    Basic Functions:
    A line cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
    2. Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
    3. Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
    4. Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
    5. Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
    6. Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
    7. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
    8. Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested.
